Prerequisites

Make sure the following are prepared before you run the installation:

• A physical or virtual machine on your premises that meets the following requirements:
  • OS: Windows Server 2008 or later
  • Additional software: .NET Framework 3.5.1
  • CPU: 2 cores or more
  • RAM: 8 GB or more
  • Free disk space: 10 GB or more
  • Display resolution: 1280x720 (HD) or higher
  • Internet connection
  • Firewall settings: Open port 443 to https://bridge.resolveactions.com
• A copy of the Resolve Actions Express Hybrid Installer
• Google Chrome for accessing Actions Express SaaS
